A job open for Inside Sales Rep / Sales Coordinator – Steel Machine parts to be based out of their offices in downtown Toronto. This role is responsible for inside sales support for existing customers to bring revenue in and assist in supply chain coordination (inventory, logistics transportation) of the Sales Orders to ensure on-time delivery.


Inside Sales Rep / Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing key product lines within the steel sector. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients across Canada, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with offshore offices to align on strategic initiatives. You’ll also support senior leadership with project execution, data reporting, and material preparation. This is a hands-on role that blends outside sales with supply chain management and market development.


The inside Sales Rep / Sales Coordinator has 2–3 years of experience in inside sales / outside sales, ideally in imports of commodity metal steel or any other products, with a strong focus on order fulfillment to ensure the order has been communicated to the vendor with the correct lead time. Freight logistics arrangements are in place for on-time delivery and ensure overall supply chain coordination and order fulfillment. A solid understanding of supply chain functions, including purchasing, logistics, and inventory is a MUST. Strong market analysis, strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships and willingness to travel and engage directly with customers across Canada.
