Senior Immigration Project Assistant (Contract)

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading industrial company based in North Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time hybrid contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-reference sensitive documentation (e.g., passports, visas) for accuracy prior to data entry into the Government of Canada portal.
• Prepare and compile documentation packages required for work permit applications.
• Maintain and update tracking matrices and compile reports for internal use.
• Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Ensure documentation aligns with immigration compliance standards and policies
• Assist with ERP-related tasks and documentation uploads as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• MUST be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and carry the designation.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in HR, compliance, or immigration-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential documents with care.
• Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs) and MS Office .
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
