• Assist in preparing the site for construction, including layout planning and coordination of temporary facilities.
• Review scopes of work and collaborate with project management to ensure readiness for mobilization.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adjacent properties are not impacted by construction activities.

• Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate site logs and reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project timelines and specifications.
• Lead site meetings and ensure proper documentation of discussions and action items.
• Identify and address potential delays or changes in scope, escalating issues as needed.

• Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure all site personnel adhere to regulations.
• Maintain emergency response readiness and ensure proper training and certifications are in place.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality across all site operations.

• Provide guidance to assistant supervisors and forepersons.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including consultants and trades.
• Foster positive working relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

• Keep detailed records of site activities, including deliveries, incidents, and progress updates.
• Support dispute resolution through accurate and timely documentation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within ICI construction.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in construction or related field is an asset.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with construction specifications and blueprint interpretation.
• Valid driver’s license (Class G).
• Certifications in First Aid, Fall Protection, or similar are considered assets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and maintain organized records.
