Your new role

To excel in this role, you bring both technical credibility and strong sales acumen:
  • 5+ years of experience working with HVAC building systems
  • Proven experience selling services (ideally preventative maintenance programs or other intangible offerings)
  • Strong “value-based selling” skills with the ability to clearly articulate ROI and long-term benefits
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
  • Polished presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and best practices
Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new businesses.
