Your new role

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing core HR activities, including payroll processing using ADP, benefits administration, onboarding, and training coordination. You’ll also contribute to the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration with various departments and requires a high level of organization, discretion, and initiative.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, experience with ADP payroll is mandatory, as it will be a central part of your responsibilities. Familiarity with generalist HR activities, such as benefits, onboarding, training, and policy development, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to success. This position requires full-time, on-site availability in Waterloo.
