Human Resources Generalist in Mississauga - hybrid (4 days in office)
We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the real estate and investment space to hire an HR Generalist for their Mississauga office.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role supporting multiple business units across Canada.
You will be stepping into a role supporting a strong internal client base, with a focus on both operational HR and strategic partnership.
About the Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will support employees across multiple groups, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, and HR operations to deliver impactful HR support and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters
Manage full-cycle recruitment and support talent acquisition strategies
Support and guide leaders on promotions, job design, and workforce planning.
Lead and support performance management and succession planning processes
Partner across HR and business teams to support new business integrations and acquisitions
Identify and drive process improvements and HR best practices
Maintain strong relationships across business units and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of progressive HR experience (generalist or HRBP)
Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience supporting multiple teams or business units
Real estate or similar industry exposure is considered an asset
Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to handle complex situations with composure
Additional Details
Competitive salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + performance bonus
Hybrid model:4 days onsite (Mon–Thurs), Fridays remote
Location: Mississauga
Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
