HR Coordinator

Your new company

A leading Logistics company is looking for 3 HR Coordinators to join their team for a 6 week contract. This is full time hours, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.

Your new role

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to Flex Drivers to encourage re-engagement and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate professionally via email with employees to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support reactivation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment on outreach strategies.
  • Utilize Excel to track engagement metrics and manage contact lists.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Interest in Human Resources or previous entry-level HR experience.
  • Background in administration or customer service is considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and conversational skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Excel for data entry and tracking.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls with professionalism and persistence.
