Client: Foodservice and Support Services Industry
Role: Help Desk Analyst
Job Type: Contract 3 months+ opportunity to extend.
Location: London or Toronto (London preference), fully on site (5 days per week).

Your New Company
A leading organization in the foodservice and support services industry is undertaking a nationwide digital transformation initiative. As part of their Infrastructure and Operations team, they are deploying thousands of tablets across hundreds of locations to enhance operational efficiency and connectivity.

Your New Role
You will join the Digital & Tech team as a contractor supporting the deployment of 1,600 tablets across 2,400 sites nationwide. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with site contacts, collecting shipping and network details, and assisting with the technical setup of tablets in the field. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal IT teams, site personnel, and building management to ensure smooth execution and timely communication.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
  • Prior experience in service desk or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as Wi-Fi setup and basic troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with device deployment projects (e.g., tablets, laptops, mobile devices)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (required for at least one contractor, as there are two openings)
