Your new role

As a Heavy Civil Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations on infrastructure projects including earthworks, site servicing, and underground utilities. You’ll be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating equipment and materials, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining productivity and quality standards. You’ll work closely with project managers and site superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Foreman in heavy civil construction (earthworks, sewer/watermain, site servicing)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
