Your new role
As an Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare or institutional projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design integrity, technical excellence, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading project teams through all phases of design and construction
  • Overseeing client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and approvals
  • Coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure project alignment
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to the firm’s design culture
  • Ensuring adherence to building codes, healthcare regulations, and sustainability goals
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelors in Architecture or related
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on healthcare or institutional architecture
  • OAA registration (or eligibility) and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and healthcare design standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
