Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Contract Duration: 1+ Year Location:
Hybrid – Toronto, ON

Job Description:
We are seeking a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
for a long-term contract opportunity with a leading financial services client in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have
credit card domain experience
and a strong understanding of
Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to credit card systems and processes.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize tools such as
    JIRA
    and
    Confluence
    for documentation, tracking, and collaboration.
  • Support UAT and production implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years
    of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Credit card domain experience
    is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile methodologies
    and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency with
    JIRA
    and
    Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with financial services or banking systems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and integration projects.
