For the past 30 years they have grown throughout Canada, being focused on identifying market opportunities and delivering value through strategic development, ownership, and management. The company operates a national real estate platform and is known for its trendsetting approach and deep market insight.


Your new role

The role involves supporting all leasing activities and renewals in collaboration with the leasing team, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding and fit-outs. It includes overseeing property inspections, capital improvement plans, and maintenance programs for building systems, while managing day-to-day mall operations such as security, janitorial, and vendor performance. The position also entails preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures and receivables, and delivering accurate financial reporting. Leadership responsibilities include managing a team of 15+ employees, driving recruitment and development, and fostering vendor partnerships. Strategically, the role focuses on asset repositioning, innovation, and revenue diversification through creative initiatives, while analyzing market trends and building relationships with stakeholders to support long-term growth and community integration.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years’ experience managing retail or mixed-use commercial properties, with strong expertise in lease administration, capital project oversight, construction tendering, and building systems. They possess a solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and CCDC contracts, along with demonstrated capabilities in budgeting, financial analysis, and receivables management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and Word—is essential, complemented by excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The role demands adaptability, multitasking under pressure, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience with property management software such as Yardi or MRI is considered an asset.


What you'll get in return

You’ll lead the transformation and daily operations of one of Southwestern Ontario’s top malls, with a competitive annual salary between $130,000 and $150,000, plus a full benefits package.
