ROLE: Functional Analyst, HR Analyst
LOCATION: Montreal
**Potential for remote work but preference is local / willingness to travel
LENGTH: November 3 – December 31, 2026

Required skills : HRIS (PeopleSoft), SQL, HR functional expertise (benefits, compensation, pension, training), system analysis, communication, collaboration with IT

Job Description:
• Provide service and expertise to different areas within HR including Benefits, HR Core, Compensation, Pensions, Training, etc.
• Conduct systems analysis as it pertains to HR business requirements and client support
• Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Provide user support and procedures to the user community when required.
• Monitor critical system issues and ensure resolution
• Maintain and update foundation and configuration tables
• Work closely with pertinent stakeholders
• Monitor data integrity and validate data anomalies
• Review and streamline end-user processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes and implement automation solutions.
• Partner with Corporate HR & clients to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Oversee HRIS (PeopleSoft), ensuring functionality and user experience optimization.
