• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and processing
• Maintain vendor records and ensure data accuracy
• Process employee expenses and corporate card transactions
• Handle payment runs (wires, EFTs/ACH) and bank transfers
• Respond to internal AP and expense-related inquiries
• Assist with cash flow tracking and forecasting
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare documentation for audits
• Identify and implement process improvements

• 2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Pursuing or interested in CPA designation is an asset
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
