Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to join their team in Calgary. This is a fully remote position and will be a 12 month contract. This is a full time role, and you can work on a Hybrid basis

Your new role

Monitor bank accounts and tracking transactions
Compile and distribute reports & documents to various stakeholders
Maintain complete and accurate records
Liaise with internal and international service providers and employees
Assist with setting up intercompany loans, both North American and international
Assist with the preparation of agendas and board materials for meetings
Input transactions in SAP and process as required and maintain standard backup for audit purposes

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant undergraduate degree is required
2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting is preferred
Strong computer skills in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Word, PowerBI, Adobe Sign
