Your new role

• Delivering technical support, field validation, calibration, and training to internal and external customers.
• Acting as the face of our service team, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with sales, services, and product management teams.
• Generating sales opportunities through service excellence.
• Managing field service calls, resolving issues, and submitting documentation on time.
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Post-secondary education in Instrumentation or certification as a Journeyman Instrument Mechanic.
• 3–5 years of relevant field or instrumentation experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, Access, and other project tools (an asset).
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%–75%).
