Job Summary: The Fieldglass Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing the Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS). This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing and deploying solutions that optimize their use of contingent labor, and providing ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions. 2. Configure the Fieldglass VMS according to clients' specifications and oversee the implementation process. Ensure the system is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the Fieldglass platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 4. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement within their contingent labor programs and recommend Fieldglass-based solutions. 5. Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and integrations with other systems as required by clients. 6.
Interpret and communicate insights from Fieldglass reporting and analytics tools to help clients make informed decisions about their contingent workforce strategies.

Requirements: 1. A thorough understanding of the Fieldglass VMS is essential, along with experience in system configuration, implementation, and customization.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

3. Good understanding of contingent labor management principles and practices, including strategies for optimizing a client's contingent workforce.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing client expectations.

5. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues.

6. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
