- As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
Sitting at reception, ensuring great customer service to our customers
Answering phone calls and keeping the telephone list updated for clients
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
What you'll need to succeed
Previous reception or administration experience is a must
- Great at dealing with people
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of Building Operations is nice to have
