Facilities Coordinator

Your new company

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Property Management company based in Calgary, AB. We are currently hiring an Facilities Coordinator to join their team for a 4 month contract. You will be required to work full time hours, fully in office and start immediately.


Your new role

  • As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
  • Sitting at reception, ensuring great customer service to our customers

  • Answering phone calls and keeping the telephone list updated for clients

  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous reception or administration experience is a must

  • Great at dealing with people
  • Great communication skills
  • Understanding of Building Operations is nice to have
