External Supply Partner Specialist

The External Supply Partner Specialist will support relationship management and operational coordination with external packaging and supply partners. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Procurement Manager, this role acts as a key liaison between external providers and internal stakeholders across commercial, planning, quality, logistics, and buying. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving, project management, and process-building skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence and supporting packaging change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or external co-packer coordination.
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and change control processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Think critically and solve problems independently.
- Take initiative and work autonomously as a self-starter.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solid project management skills (timelines, stakeholders, deliverables).
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and change control processes.
