The External Supply Partner Specialist will support relationship management and operational coordination with external packaging and supply partners. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Procurement Manager, this role acts as a key liaison between external providers and internal stakeholders across commercial, planning, quality, logistics, and buying. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving, project management, and process-building skills, with a focus on driving operational excellence and supporting packaging change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or external co-packer coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and change control processes.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to:
      • Think critically and solve problems independently.
      • Take initiative and work autonomously as a self-starter.
      • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Solid project management skills (timelines, stakeholders, deliverables).
