Executive Assistant for a large construction management firm located in Downtown Toronto.
Your new company
Our client is a construction manager who is very well respected in the Greater Toronto Area for their management of large complex institutional, commercial and industrial projects. They have been around for decades and have been instrumental in the construction of Toronto's flagship buildings.
Your new role
The current role is for an Executive Assistant working out of the Toronto office, and supporting two of the executive leaders. They will provide administrative support to these executives, including the management and organization of calendars and schedules and assisting with communication. They will book appointments and meetings, take minutes, organize email folders and keep the executives' on track with follow-ups on meetings and relationships, etc. They will liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment with executive priorities and initiations, track deliverables and deadlines, and act as gatekeeper for the COO and CSO, balancing access and priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful EA or Executive Assistant candidate will be professional, confidential, be a team player and have a positive attitude. The EA candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant for a high-ranking executive in a company and have a diploma or degree in office administration. They will be organized and diligent and ensure they have the ability to manage competing priorities and prevent any detail from slipping through the cracks. This candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. They will be an effective communicator and have the ability to cultivate an inclusive and engaging work environment. This EA will align with the company's core values and be committed to its own growth and development.
What you'll get in return
Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 dependent on experience, plus full comprehensive benefits, paid vacation and much more!
