• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or category management, preferably in fresh produce or perishable goods
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills related to market trends, sales, and cost performance
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
• Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement software (NetSuite, Power BI is a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sustainable sourcing practices
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Effective problem-solving skills and understanding of cost accounting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
