What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Operations (Process & Data Focus):
  • Partner with Product Owners to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, ensuring operational readiness and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and optimize bottlenecks in product delivery and adoption for efficiency.
Program Development (Execution Focus):
  • Own day-to-day planning and execution of cross-functional technology and product initiatives.
  • Manage program governance, reporting, and communications.
  • Create detailed project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and cross-functional sessions to drive clarity and alignment.
Cross-functional Alignment and Collaboration (Adoption Focus):
  • Develop change readiness plans with stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and products.
  • Track adoption metrics and continuously adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
  • Create and deliver clear, targeted communications, training content, and engagement plans.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, and/or revenue operations.
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and operational frameworks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with product operations practices (release readiness, product analytics, roadmapping).
  • Hands-on expertise with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
