Your new role

As the Electrical Foreman, you will oversee site operations on large‑scale residential tower developments. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting delivery of high‑quality electrical installations.

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor electrical crews on High‑rise / multi‑story tower projects
• Oversee onsite installation, quality control, and adherence to electrical codes
• Monitor project schedules and work closely with site leadership and project managers
• Maintain strong safety standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
• Support material coordination and onsite problem‑solving
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and site stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Red Seal Electrician certification
• Proven experience working as a Foreman on residential high‑rise or multi‑story tower projects
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews effectively
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities
• A commitment to safety, quality, and project success
