Your New Role
As a Field Supervisor, you will take on a dynamic leadership role overseeing a range of electrical projects across Canada, with values ranging from $50,000 to over $1 million. This position offers the opportunity to travel for short durations to various project sites, ensuring that field operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising service work and small-scale new construction projects, with a strong focus on quality control, client satisfaction, and team mentorship. Your day will involve visiting multiple sites, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving on the ground, and takes pride in leading teams to success. The company offers a competitive hourly rate of up to $60, a company-provided truck, and the chance to work with a team that values your expertise and leadership. What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should bring extensive experience in the electrical or construction industry, with a proven ability to manage and supervise field teams and projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you’ll be guiding a team of Administrators, Journeymen, and Apprentices while ensuring that all work aligns with safety regulations, electrical codes, and project specifications. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all sites. A deep understanding of electrical systems and a proactive, hands-on approach will set you apart. Experience in commercial construction is a must, while familiarity with industrial environments will be considered a valuable bonus. .
