Step into a leadership role with a company that’s redefining industrial and commercial construction across British Columbia. Known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture, this organization offers a vibrant environment where your expertise will directly shape the success of high-impact projects. If you're looking for a place where your ideas are valued and your career can flourish, this is it.

Your new role

In this Project Manager/Estimator role, you’ll be deeply involved in the planning and execution of complex electrical builds. You’ll take ownership of cost estimation, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring every detail is accounted for from concept to completion. You’ll interpret plans and specifications, prepare detailed estimates, manage procurement and budgeting, and work closely with site teams to guide staffing strategies and maintain project timelines. You’ll also play a key role in reviewing bids, maintaining cost databases, and leading post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, strategic position where your leadership will help shape the future of each project.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you’ll bring two to three years of experience in electrical project management or estimating, ideally supported by a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. FSR-A certification is a strong asset. You should be comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, Blue Beam, and Procore, and have a solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Above all, you’ll be a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who’s passionate about delivering excellence.

What you'll get in return

This opportunity comes with a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $110,000 to $150,000, plus performance-based bonuses. You’ll have access to a full suite of benefits including extended health, dental, and vision care, life insurance, RRSP matching, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. Additional perks include flexible scheduling, casual dress, on-site parking, and regular company events. You’ll also enjoy three or more weeks of vacation, with enhanced benefits available for certified professionals. It’s a role that rewards your expertise and supports your long-term success.
