Your new role

As a Senior Project Estimator with a focus on electrical and industrial projects, you’ll be at the heart of project planning and execution. You’ll take ownership of cost estimation, project scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring every detail is accounted for from concept to completion. You’ll analyze plans and specifications, prepare comprehensive estimates, and manage procurement and budgeting. Working closely with site teams and project coordinators, you’ll help shape staffing strategies, oversee timelines, and ensure smooth operations on-site. You’ll also play a key role in reviewing bids, maintaining cost databases, and leading project evaluations to drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on, strategic, and deeply involved in shaping the future of each project.

What you'll need to succeed

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in construction or engineering, ideally with 2–3 years of experience in electrical project management or estimating. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and FSR-A certification is a definite asset. You’ll bring sharp analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You should be comfortable using tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, Blue Beam, Procore, and Zoom, and have a solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards. Above all, you’ll be a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who’s passionate about delivering excellence.
