Responsible for overseeing daily operations across a property portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance, and performance tracking through KPIs. It includes managing a senior team, setting objectives, conducting reviews, and fostering leadership development. The position serves as a key liaison with clients, boards, and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns. Financial responsibilities include budget oversight, variance reporting, and optimizing NOI. The role ensures regulatory compliance, manages risk, and leads onboarding for new properties and strategic projects. Collaboration across departments—Finance, HR, Capital Projects, Marketing, and Compliance—is essential, along with representing Operations in company-wide initiatives. Finally, the role ensures effective use of technology platforms and drives digital improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in residential rentals property management. They should have strong skills in, contract management, and team leadership, with a positive and solution-focused approach. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in financial, legal, and contractual matters, along with strong analytical skills for managing complex projects and evaluating performance. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Yardi software are assets, and exceptional communication skills with attention to detail are essential.
