About the Role

As the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain operations. You will lead a dedicated procurement team and ensure the efficient sourcing of materials and goods both locally and internationally. This role is pivotal in supporting the organization’s continued expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Oversee inventory control processes, applying best practices and data-driven methodologies to optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement plans with project timelines.
Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality and reliability of supply.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Background in
construction and/or manufacturing sectors
is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
Experience in
international and local sourcing
of goods and materials.
Deep understanding of
inventory control as a discipline, including systems and analytics.
Knowledge of
building materials
and related supply chains.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
