Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar senior finance designation (asset, not required)
• Demonstrated success in scaling financial systems, processes, and teams
• Strong experience with acquisitions, underwriting, financing structures, or large multifamily portfolios
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information with clarity
• Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
