Our client is a well‑established family office based in Montréal, with the majority of its investments dedicated to real estate. With an active presence in both property development and property management, they oversee the full lifecycle of their real‑estate portfolio. Beyond real estate, the group also manages several complementary investment vehicles in public and private markets. As they continue to grow and structure their operations, they are looking to appoint a Director of Finance to lead their finance function.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA designation (mandatory)
• Experience leading and managing teams, with a hands‑on leadership approach
• Strong background in implementing internal controls, reporting structures, and efficient financial processes
• Ability to drive financial strategy, support executive decision‑making, and provide clear financial insights
• Experience within a real‑estate, investment, or institutional environment is an asset.
• Fully bilingual, with strong spoken and written French and English
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and multi‑asset environment
