  • Team Leadership:
Mentor analysts, project managers, and specialists; manage external consultants.
  • Governance & Compliance:
Uphold IT governance, change management, and security policies; report on ROI.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Agile/PMP and ITIL certifications are assets.
  • 7+ years in IT or Business Systems Analysis with leadership experience in automation, AI, or digital transformation.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, design, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI
  • Experience managing hybrid teams and vendors; sector experience in seniors housing, real estate, or healthcare is an asset.

What you'll get in return

  • Opportunity to lead cutting-edge AI and automation initiatives.
  • A collaborative, innovative environment focused on rapid delivery and measurable impact.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Professional growth and exposure to emerging technologies shaping the future of work.
