Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits. They offer unique electronic packaging design services for the medical, military, avionics, sensor and high-end industrial markets.

Your new role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dicing Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Dicing Operator is responsible for the precise cutting (singulation) of ceramic thick film & FR4 into individual units using high-precision dicing saws. This role requires strict adherence to process specifications and quality standards to ensure high-yield die production.

What you'll need to succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma preferred
  • - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dicing or related process
  • - Familiarity with dicing equipment, blade types, and wafer handling
  • - Comfortable working in a clean room and following contamination control practices
  • - Strong visual inspection skills using microscopes
  • - Basic computer skills for data entry and process logging
  • - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
