Customer Service Representative
Your new company
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to support the operations our client within the Property industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent time management skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Sales experience is a plus, and the role may occasionally involve leading client tours of our facilities.
This is a 2 month contract to start, with potential to extend. This is full time hours, Tuesday - Sunday, 9am-6pm.
Your new role
- Welcome new residents and guests and ensure that prospects and visitors are comfortable as they wait
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate reference points, and assist with completed request call backs
- Ensure packages are delivered and document as well as notify residents of the arrival in a timely fashion
- You will act as the point of contact for residents, responding within 24 hours to ensure the inquiry/complaint has been resolved satisfactorily
- Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for our future and current residents
What you'll need to succeed
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Comfortable interacting with clients and leading tours
