Your new role

• Respond to customer phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using defined systems and procedures.
• Prepare and send correspondence related to customer requests and order fulfillment.
• Address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform daily tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the assigned field.
• Report to a supervisor or manager and seek guidance as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Familiarity with standard customer service practices and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within defined parameters.
• Comfortable working in a structured, supervised environment.
• Experience working with Oracle
