They are well-regarded for their commitment to quality construction and property maintenance, with a strong focus on tenant relations and retention. Their impressive portfolio includes some of the finest residential communities and business parks in the Greater Toronto Area. The position is based out of their head office in North York.

Your New Role:

As a Corporate Accountant, you will report to the Manager of Corporate Accounting & Taxation. You will be responsible for maintaining accounting records for corporate companies and investments, preparing financial statements, income tax forecasts, and managing tax installments. The role also includes some accounts payable processing.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role, you should have at least five years of financial accounting and tax return experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized public accounting firm or a similar industry. A CPA designation or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate is someone with a stable background who is looking for a steady place to work with no overtime and long-term career growth potential.
