Description:
The Controller oversees financial operations for the property management division and supports the organization’s expansion into REITs and Limited Partnerships. This senior role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in financial reporting, compliance, and entity structuring.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports across corporate and investment entities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/ASPE and regulatory standards.
• Manage financial setup and reporting for REITs and LPs.
• Oversee operational accounting and tenant-related financials.
• Mentor team members and lead special finance projects.

• CPA designation with 7+ years of experience in real estate or investment funds.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/ASPE, consolidations, and investor reporting.
• Skilled in financial modeling, ERP systems, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking in multi-entity environments.
