Your new role

A Contract Group Supervisor is a pivotal role in ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and organizational standards. This dynamic position brings oversight, accountability, and leadership to vendor relationships and contract execution that drives operational efficiency and enhancing value across the board.

  • Lead Service Contract Proposals, Service Contract Renewals, and MRO Contract Management team
  • Establish, track and hold accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) with team and escalate issues when necessary
  • Resolve escalated issues in conjunction with other functional groups
  • Ensure delivery of contract group responsibilities
  • Internal and External Coordination
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders (production centres, sales reps, and customers)
  • Resolve disputes or service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and multiply best practices across customer contracts for best mutual value with customer and company
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Prepare summaries and updates for leadership or procurement teams
  • Process Improvement & Risk Management

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
