Hays has partnered with a very reputable organization looking for a Construction Manager to oversee their Multi Family side projects.

Your new role

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all phases of multi‑family residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role supports the company’s mission of delivering high‑quality multi‑family developments across Alberta, including Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding regions.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in multi‑family or commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and multi‑family project requirements.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
