• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages
• Review drawings, specifications, RFQs, and RFIs
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and scope gaps
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Assist with business development and new bidding opportunities
• Promote a strong culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork

• Experience in construction estimating and bid preparation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with estimating software and construction technology tools
• Knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards
• Construction Management, Engineering, or a related education is considered an asset
