Your new role

As a Construction Division Accountant, you’ll take ownership of full-cycle accounting responsibilities across multiple entities. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting project cost tracking. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the financial health of ongoing construction projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in the construction industry.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Sage 300 (Timberline).
• Strong understanding of multi-entity AP/AR, reconciliations, and project cost tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
