• Lead and coordinate all aspects of new community development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and municipal partners to ensure timely approvals and permits.
• Oversee site planning, infrastructure development, and construction timelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic input on product positioning and community features.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the development process.

• 5+ years of experience in residential real estate development or community planning.
• Proven track record of managing multiple development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of land use planning, entitlements, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
