Your new role

As the Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk, you will play a key role in managing complex commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting title and off-title searches, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring all closing documentation is accurate and complete. You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and clerks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, ideally within a law firm setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Teraview, title searching, and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple files independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
