Your New Role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong tenant relations, and strategic property performance. You’ll serve as the primary contact for tenants, handling complex inquiries, lease negotiations, renewals, and improvements. Regular site visits will be part of your routine to ensure contractor performance and property standards are upheld. You’ll also manage service contracts, coordinate tenant chargebacks, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

What You Need to Succeed
You bring 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management and hold a valid Alberta Real Estate License in Property Management. You’re highly organized, proactive, and skilled in tenant communications and lease administration. You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and property management software such as YARDI. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential. Designations such as CPM or RPA are considered an asset. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, negotiate effectively, and maintain strong relationships with tenants and contractors will set you apart.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus benefits including extended health and dental care, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.
