• Serve as the main contact, promptly responding to service requests, and maintaining a high standard for property appearance and safety.
• Conduct daily inspections, coordinate contractors (for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.), implement repairs, and supervise all trades servicing the building systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing proactive preventative maintenance for all building equipment.
• Maintain all necessary logs, manuals, and records for both on-site operations and third-party contractors.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotational basis with other operators.

• Minimum 3–5 years of related working experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and working in varied conditions.
• Valid Class G driver's license.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and effective working independently or in a team.
• Bilingualism (English & French) and industry designation(s) (BES and/or BOMI SMT/SMA) are highly valued.
• Clear police records check (company-paid).
