CNC Machinist Programmer - MasterCAM - (MUST have) 3 /5 Axis London - St. Thomas, ON area $35-$40/hr

Job Title: CNC Machinist Programmer - MasterCAM -MUST have
70% programming on MasterCAM
Custom Metal Fabrication & Welding
Day Shift – Monday – Friday 7am -3.15pm
Or Afternoon shift -Monday – Thursday 3pm -1.30am
Location: London - St. Thomas -Woodstock, ON area
$37 -$43/hr. +signing bonus for the right candidate; some relocation assistance can be provided to the right candidate within Canada.
3 weeks’ vacation; health benefits on start, RRSP match

Requirements
  • CNC Machinist Programmer -MasterCAM
  • 5 years+ experience in programming.
  • Experience with 3/5 axis CNC operation & programming
  • Solid Works, Mastercam, AutoCAD
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Proficient with Okuma, Siemens, Heidenheim CNC controls
  • CNC Programming G Code and M code
  • Familiar with micrometers, verniers, calipers, height gauge
  • Familiar with 3, 4 5 axis CNC Machines
  • Experience welding heavy metals, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, custom fabrication.
  • Read Blueprints, Assembly as per Measurements Welding – MIG -Fitting
Responsibilities:
  • 70% of job duties involve programming on MasterCAM for new custom-built products.
  • Program Prepare and load materials or die sections
  • Program and Run CNC Code
  • Create & Repair tooling, grinders, weld equipment
  • Modify and repair precision tools working closely with Auto CAD designers to improve design and functionality
