We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support logistics and documentation processes for a 6-month contract role. This position involves handling shipment-related data, coordinating with internal systems, and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and procedures.

Your new role

Prepare and process shipment documentation and related entries
Maintain and update internal systems with relevant data
Coordinate with various departments and external contacts to ensure smooth file handling
Support the preparation and submission of required documentation for regulatory compliance
Assist with invoice processing and data entry tasks
Communicate with clients and partners to resolve documentation or information gaps
Collaborate with team members across locations to address system or process issues

What you'll need to succeed

Completion of secondary education
Minimum 2 years of experience in a transferable role such as data entry, administration, logistics, transportation, or customs-related environment
Proficiency with standard office software and internal systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
