Chief Sales Officer - remote opportunity in GTA

Your new company

Our client, a leading North American property restoration and disaster recovery company providing 24/7 emergency mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services, is growing rapidly and looking to hire a Chief Sales Officer to join their leadership team.
This is a remote role, ideally based in the GTA.

Your new role

As the Chief Sales Officer, you will:
  • Lead enterprise-wide revenue growth, sales strategy, and market expansion.
  • Oversee all sales portfolios across insurance and commercial markets.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline management.
  • Strengthen brand strategy, market presence, and national visibility.
  • Build executive relationships with major clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop senior sales leaders and high-performance teams.
  • Drive long-term strategic growth, innovation, and new market opportunities.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 15–20+ years of progressive leadership in sales, revenue, or commercial operations.
  • Experience leading national or cross‑border sales portfolios.
  • Strong background in coaching senior leaders and developing large sales teams.
  • Experience in insurance, restoration, construction, or related industries (preferred).
  • Executive-level relationship management and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, complex environments with cross-functional alignment.
  • Post‑secondary education in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
