Chief Sales Officer- remote opportunity in GTA

Your New Company
You will be joining a high‑growth, market‑leading services organization with operations across Canada and the United States. The company is widely respected within its industry for operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and an ambitious growth agenda.
This organization operates at enterprise scale, serves complex national clients, and is at a pivotal moment in its evolution, focused on unifying sales efforts, strengthening market presence, and accelerating sustainable, profitable growth.
Company identity will remain confidential throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.

Your New Role
As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team with full accountability for enterprise revenue performance, sales strategy, and go‑to‑market execution across North America.
This role goes far beyond traditional sales leadership. You will unify multiple sales portfolios under a single enterprise growth framework, elevate executive‑level client engagement, and ensure predictable, scalable revenue performance aligned to long‑term corporate strategy.
You will also play a key role in shaping how the organization shows up in the market—partnering closely across the executive team to align sales execution with brand, positioning, and client experience.
Key accountabilities include:
  • Full ownership of consolidated revenue, margin, forecasting accuracy, and growth outcomes
  • Development and execution of the Annual Enterprise Sales Plan
  • Integration of Insurance and Commercial sales portfolios under a unified strategy
  • Standardization of sales methodology, CRM governance, and performance measurement
  • Executive‑level relationships with national and strategic clients
  • Identification of enterprise agreements, partnerships, and growth opportunities
  • Leadership, development, and succession planning for senior sales executives
  • Contribution to multi‑year growth strategy, market expansion, and acquisition evaluation
Travel across North America (up to ~40%) is expected.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
This role requires a proven enterprise sales leader who combines strategic vision with disciplined execution and executive credibility.
You bring:
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in sales, revenue leadership, or commercial operations
  • 15+ years leading senior and executive‑level sales leaders
  • Experience owning national or cross‑border revenue portfolios
  • A proven ability to unify fragmented sales organizations into a disciplined enterprise engine
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and external partners
  • Deep experience driving forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and scalable growth
  • The ability to lead through complexity, change, and organizational transformation
Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in services, restoration, insurance, construction, or adjacent industries
  • Prior Executive Leadership Team experience
  • MBA or equivalent executive education

What You’ll Get in Return
  • A defining enterprise leadership role with true ownership of revenue and growth
  • Executive trust, visibility, and the ability to shape long‑term strategy
  • The opportunity to build an enduring, scalable sales organization
  • Exposure to national clients, executive forums, and industry leadership platforms
  • A competitive executive compensation package aligned to enterprise performance
Most importantly, you will have the mandate, and the support, to make a lasting impact.
