Your new role

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives. You’ll help set priorities, structure key projects, and drive execution across leadership and teams. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, you’ll enable leadership effectiveness, foster alignment, and scale the CEO’s impact across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating big-picture strategy into actionable priorities.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment and unblocking high-impact projects.
  • Synthesizing complex data into clear insights for faster decision-making.
  • Acting as a proxy for the CEO in key meetings and engagements.
  • Facilitating leadership meetings and ensuring follow-through on action items.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in a similar role supporting C-Suite executives; experience in consulting, investment, finance, or real estate preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with modern digital tools and openness to AI-powered solutions.
