Salary: $180-220,000 + 10-20% Bonus

You’ll be joining a privately held, food-based manufacturing company located in the Brampton area. The business has experienced consistent 25–30% annual growth, currently generating $200+ million in revenue. The company is expanding operations locally and preparing for major capital projects. Your New Role

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead the finance function during a pivotal time of growth and transformation. You will report directly to the CEO and COO and oversee the accounting department, while also leading the SAP implementation and managing high-level financial strategy. A key focus will be maintaining and expanding banking relationships, securing funding for construction and expansion, and negotiating key contracts such as leases and equipment purchases. You’ll work closely with a capable Director of Finance who handles the majority of day-to-day accounting operations, allowing you to focus on strategic initiatives and business partnering.
