• Direct communication with customers re: financial transactions
• Investigate and workflow various payment arrangements such as lockbox, tele-banking, Acceptance of Payment of Accounts (APA), Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), etc.
• Account, Bank Reconciliation and financial management
• Knowledge of standard Accounts Receivable and business flows and receipts cycle.

• Post-Secondary Education with Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in commercial and residential Accounts Receivable within a large corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Self–starter with sense of urgency and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Bilingualism in English and French would be an asset
